The Watershed assessment services that we offer include several steps. These are outlined below. All assessments that we complete result in the compilation and publication of a restoration plan.
Determine pollution sources
Conduct water analysis of the pollutant source and surrounding stream
Conduct biological surveys and determine effects of pollution
Determine pollutant loadings entering the watershed
Make assessments as to the overall impact of pollution on the stream

Watershed assessments begin with walking all stream segments and identifying the pollutant sources. This is a discharge in the Shamokin Creek watershed that has been identified as a major pollutant source.
